Ordering your stationery from Happy Flower Designs

Follow these simple steps to place your order:

  1. Choose the stationery design you want
  2. Decide on the numbers of each item you wish to order
  3. Phone or email us with your details
  4. We will provide you with easy to fill in forms for any specific information we need
  5. A 50% deposit is taken at this stage
  6. Proofs are sent to you
  7. Once proofs are approved production of your order begins
  8. Pay remaining balance
  9. Receive your finished stationery

Samples, Ordering and Delivery Information

This section contains all the information that you will need for ordering your wedding stationery.

Samples

If you like the look of our designs, please take advantage of our samples service.

While we would love to provide you with free samples unfortunately due to the number requested we cannot. To order samples please email or call us with your request. Samples prices are the same as our regular prices. The cost of any samples that you order will be deducted from any subsequent order totalling £50 or more.

Please note that samples are made to order and so at our busiest times can take up to two weeks to despatch. We are unable to send samples of table plans, table markers, favours or guest books.

Prices

Prices for wedding stationery and wedding extras are shown on the prices page.

Prices stated for stationery include one printed insert in each invitation, menu and thank you and up to two printed inserts (eight sides) in each order of service. Standard inserts are white or ivory to match the card and are printed in black. Additional inserts, coloured inserts and coloured text are available at a small additional cost, please enquire.

Our prices also include a white envelope where applicable unless otherwise stated. The price does not include delivery.

Bespoke Service

Happy Flower Designs would be very pleased to design and produce wedding stationery especially for you. We can work to an idea, a theme, or colour scheme and will endeavour to meet all your individual requirements. As each clients needs will be different please call or email us about charges and more information.

Book your Place in our Diary

If you do not require your wedding invitations for at least 4 months but you would like to ensure that a place in our diary is secured for you then please email or call us, a £50 deposit (refunded against your final order) will secure the date in our diary if it is available .

Ordering

Orders can be placed over the phone or via email. If you would like us to confirm costs before you send in your order then please email us with the details.

You will also need to provide all text for your inserts typed or clearly written and they can either be sent with your deposit or e-mailed to us. Once we have received your order we will confirm receipt and advise you of a delivery date.

We have no minimum order amount.

Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required when order is placed, before work begins on your stationery. The remaining balance of your account needs to be paid before we dispatch your finished order. A date for order completion and dispatch will be arranged with you. Please make cheques payable to Claire Spence.

Proofs

Please ensure that all of your insert information is correct when you supply it to us.

We will provide you with one text layout and one card proof free of charge, any subsequent corrections requested will be charged for.

Once you have received your proofs you will need to either sign and return them to us or email us with confirmation/changes.

Please check your insert proofs very carefully before confirming that you would like us to go ahead with your order as we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that are discovered afterwards. Once we have received confirmation that you are happy with your proofs we will begin your order and your deposit will become non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for obtaining all relevant permissions and copyrights relating to Order of Service inserts.

Delivery

Delivery times are dependent on the size of your order and our current workload. Please allow us 6-8 weeks production time from receiving your deposit. If you require your order sooner then please enquire. The remaining balance of your account needs to be paid before we dispatch your finished order.

Orders are dispatched on a Monday via Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes insurance of up to £1000.00. Delivery requires a signature and so if you have any specific delivery instructions please inform us before your delivery date. Deliveries over £100 are sent by courier. Date for courier delivery will be arranged with you in advance.
